November Feature Updates

We’ve been busy addressing a number of friction points over the past few months. Here’s a run-down of several items we haven’t announced yet.

Enhancements

• Document Requests: Notifications now include the status of the request
• Scope:
  • Added ability to select existing services not present in dropdowns
  • Added ability to add custom services from the scoping page
• Evidence:
  • Easier to associate evidence to an audit in while in continuous compliance mode
  • Added drag-n-drop uploads for manual evidence
  • Manual evidence caption name now defaults to the name of the uploaded file
  • Added ability to edit manual evidence caption

  • Added ability to assign policy responsibility

• Controls:
  • Added ability to bulk update control status
  • Updated audit scans tab on control page to include latest control check results for all types, in addition to individual results
  • Added ability for user to decide to dismiss no-longer-relevant control fields after changing the objective
  • Added loading states for Required Evidence and Test Procedures
  • Added options for where to navigate to next after invoking audit scan from control page

Bulk update control status

• Compliance Roadmap: Controls now sorted by ID on compliance roadmap pages
• Risk register: Updated linked "Learn More" Knowledge Base article
• Audit Scan and AI checks
  • Added rich-text formatted audit scan control check text
  • Added next/previous links for navigating through audit scan results
  • Made override audit scan action more visible and inviting
  • For audit scan with single control, now prominently displaying control name and/or ID on index page

• Everything else:
  • High-stakes and low-stakes text editing UX - easier to edit when it’s not high stakes/high impact, harder to edit when it is.

Bug Fixes

• Now only showing scans from continuous compliance (no audit-specific scans) when in CC mode
• Evidence modal now closes when returning to a control show page that had modal open
• PDF iFrame now closes when clicking back button

All of these improvements are live in the Trustero platform and ready for you to use right away.
