Audit Scan provides a new unique Trustero capability – it uses AI to examine an organization’s SOC 2 audit state within the Trustero platform the way a human compliance expert does. It ensures all essential items are covered and determines if a company’s controls pass or fail by examining the control, its related policies and evidence, providing confidence and clarity in record time.

Compliance Roadmap provides detailed, step-by-step guidance to getting SOC 2 compliant. It introduces the right steps, at the right time, to help organizations work on compliance in the most effective order possible, reducing stress and time required to get to audit readiness. It leverages audit scans to provide a complete picture of an organization’s SOC 2 compliance.

Audit Scan

Assessing audit readiness is challenging: it’s time consuming and requires compliance expertise. Are all SOC 2 criteria covered? Are all controls and policies in sync? Do you have complete and accurate evidence for all controls? Trustero’s new Audit Scan feature can do what previously required human experts with automation and AI, in a fraction of the time.

Audit Scan will: 

• Determine whether all documents are in an audit ready state: controls, policies and risks have required items in place and have been signed off on
• Review all controls to make sure:
  • They cover what is required by company policy
  • They have all required pieces of evidence
  • All evidence meets requirements
• Provide clear, actionable feedback: whether a particular item passes or fails, clear reasoning and guidance is provided.

Designed by compliance experts, Audit Scan can provide confidence while heading into an audit and can be used to ensure an organization maintains its compliance after audit readiness is achieved. It can conduct a complete pre-audit check in minutes, compared to the 5-10 hours or more that is required for a human to conduct a similar check.

It can be challenging to understand which next steps will be most effective when getting to SOC 2 compliant state. Many individual steps are required and the path is not always clear. Compliance Roadmap makes it very clear what needs to be done at any point in time on the journey to audit readiness.
